Event Holder may book an event by emailing CharlotteSpecialEvents@WellsFargo.com. Wells Fargo will carefully review requests to select those events that reflect the purpose for which the facility was created. We reserve the right to reject any request for any reason. Requests likely to be rejected include requests for events that are overtly political or religious in nature or that subject us to undue risk or liability. Events must be booked at least one month in advance.
