Event Holder must procure and maintain insurance as provided below (see the Special Events Agreement for more specific details):
-Commercial General Liability of at least $1 million.
-Workers’ Compensation as required by law and Employer’s Liability of at least $1 million.
-Commercial Auto Liability of at least $1 million.
-Liquor Liability Insurance with a combined single limit of not less than $1 million if alcoholic beverages are to be served or sold during the Event.
-Umbrella Liability Insurance in excess of the above coverages in an amount not less than $5 million.
